What is your cancellation policy?
Casual & Part-Time memberships require one month’s notice to cancel.
Our Full-Time Dedicated Desk membership has a minimum 12-month term.
How do I access car parking?
We offer onsite car parking for an additional fee, subject to availability.
There is also free all-day street parking surrounding the building for members and visitors.
What amenities are included?
All memberships include high-speed WiFi, printing access, kitchen facilities, and support from our onsite team. Full-Time members also receive lockable storage and a business address package.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — memberships can be placed on hold for short periods. Chat with our team about notice periods and eligibility.

Yes — you’re welcome to host guests for meetings. Please check them in with our team upon arrival.
